SPRING “CLEAN-UP”includes cleaning flowerbeds, dethatching lawns, removing fallen leaves and any dead
herbaceous material to avoid potential fungus and molds. Cultivate flower beds, apply pre-emergent weed prevention &
garden fertilization, prepare beds for mulch installation. Work scheduled to begin mid March (wheather permitting).
FALL LEAF REMOVAL includes removal of leaves and dead wood from lawn & garden beds, hardscape,
roadway surrounding the property. Removal of leaves is important because it prevents the formation of fungus &
overwintering insects. All debris are collected removed from property and disposed of offsite. Work scheduled to
begin early November.
